The Apple Study

We have started learning about apples and the harvest of food in the fall.  We started by putting on our "scientist" hat and using 3 of our senses to explore the apples (sight, touch, smell).  The three types of apples were Granny Smith, Red Delicious and McIntosh.  We started by writing down the things that we could see (I added photos beside the words to help us remember what each one said). Then we compared the apples to see what was the same and what was different.
